I have been hyming and hawing about whether to do this for over a year and finally just decided to go for it since nothing else seems to work and I just keep gaining weight. I do work out 3-4 times a week and try to watch what I eat during the week but weekends for me are very hard. I figure this portion control meals is the way to go since there is no measuring, weighing or anything like that. I am hoping to to lose 25 lbs within the next 2 months following this plan and exercising religiously! If you have tried this plan recently please let me know your thoughts.
